What we offer

PicWingman is an AI critique tool for dating-profile photos. We use AI vision models to give an opinion on photos you upload, plus actionable suggestions. We are not a photography service, a guarantee of dating outcomes, or a substitute for professional advice.

Acceptable use

• You may not upload photos of minors (under 18).
• You may not upload NSFW or sexually explicit content.
• You may not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• We may refuse to critique uploads at our sole discretion. Repeated violation may result in account termination.

Subscriptions & refunds

Pro is $5/month or $45/year. You can cancel anytime — your access continues to the end of the paid period. Billing is handled by our payment provider. We do not prorate refunds for partial months.

Disclaimers

The critique is one opinion produced by a probabilistic AI model. Use it as a starting point, not as the final word. We make no warranty that the suggestions will improve match rates, conversion, or any other outcome. Use your judgment.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we’ll notify you by email or in-app banner before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the update.
